St Paul's is committed to the development of leadership skills for all students, especially those in Years 5 and 6.

The school has formal, elected leadership positions for Year 6 students.

These roles are:

• School Captain; and
• Colour House Captains (St Paul - Blue, St Mary Mackillop - Red, St Dominic - Gold)

Students are encouraged to take an active role in the life of the school by contributing in particular areas of interest.

There are opportunities to contribute, for example:

• To Mini Vinnies;
• As Library Monitors; and
• In the Environment Team
